ShelfReady

beta

A document-AI compliance gate for retail onboarding: Claude reads a supplier's messy product file, a deterministic rulebook flags what's illegal to sell — with the cited regulation — and a person gives the only approval that counts.

ShelfReady — one CDK stack, no public endpoint
Strictly-private on AWS: CloudFront + Cognito + WAF are the only public surface. Claude reads, deterministic rules decide, a person approves.
01

what it is

ShelfReady turns a supplier's product file — PDFs and Vietnamese scans — into a reviewed listing decision for a health & beauty retailer like Guardian. Claude reads the file and pulls out every claim, ingredient and document with page-level evidence (the LLM never decides); a deterministic rulepack of 16 rules, each citing a real Vietnamese regulation, makes every pass/flag call; and on close calls a council of agents argues both sides while a person keeps the only path to "approved" — a boundary a test proves, not a promise. It's the same agentic spine run twice: a second agent watches competitor prices overnight and flags what slipped. It runs on a strictly-private AWS stack with no public endpoint, and scored 8/8 on a known-answer-key set with live Bedrock vision reading real Vietnamese PDFs. Built for AABW 2026, Retail & Hospitality track (Guardian).
